Afternoons are free for scheduled individual writing consultations with faculty members and for solitary writing, reflection, and communion with the beauty of Taos. Evenings offer informal gatherings that include viewing films and a talk by a guest writer.
Faculty for 2012 are Daniel Becker, MD, writer, internist, and director of the Center for Biomedical Ethics and Humanities at the University of Virginia, and Jeanne Bereiter, MD, writer, psychiatrist, and director of the narrative medicine/reflective writing program at the University of New Mexico. For further information: Please call Lois Montoya at (505)272-3942, email lemontoya@Salud.unm.edu or visit our web page at: www.taoswritingretreat.com
